PETALING JAYA: DAP’s Kasthuri Patto is urging the Election Commission and police to take action against a Barisan Nasional candidate she claimed had flouted election laws at a polling station in Skudai.

The former Batu Kawan MP claimed that a vehicle, displaying campaign-related stickers, said to belong to BN’s candidate for Skudai Nicole Tan, had been parked outside Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Taman Tun Aminah.

“This is an election offence. Please take action,” she said in a Facebook post.

Tan is involved in a four-cornered fight for Skudai against Pakatan Harapan’s Kartiyaini Jeyapalan, Parti Bersama Malaysia’s Eugene Chua and Parti Sosialis Malaysia’s Amir Syafiq Ameer Soekre.

The seat was previously held by PH.
