KUALA LUMPUR: The ringgit ended mostly firmer against major and regional currencies, apart from the US dollar, on optimism surrounding talks between US president Donald Trump and his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping.
At 6pm, the ringgit depreciated to 3.9300/3.9330 against the greenback from 3.9285/3.9325 at Wednesday’s close.
